- Determine if information flags 79 or 96 are present. These flags must be eliminated first as a possible cause for DTC 26.
- Check actuator operation. See ACTUATOR QUICK CHECKΒ under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMΒ . Operation sound of all actuators should be similar.
- Other possibility for DTC 26 is TCC release circuit leaking at seal ring on input shaft or ball pressed into input shaft is loose.
