Steering Wheel: Installation

1992 Saturn SL1 StandardSECTION Installation

Remove Yellow tab or tape from coil assembly. Install steering wheel, aligning marks on steering wheel hub and steering shaft. Tighten steering wheel nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  table. Install inflator module using NEW screws. Tighten screws to specification. Activate SIR system. Perform system operation check to insure system is functioning properly. See TESTING - SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKΒ  .
