- To install, reverse removal procedure using new gasket. Tighten retaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table at end of article. Refill cooling system.
- If installing new Idle Air Control (IAC), ensure IAC pintle length setting is adjusted before installation. See IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE . Adjust idle speed and TPS (if removed and if adjustable). See appropriate ADJUSTMENTS article in this section.
