This circuit provides power and ground for the right passive restraint motor. When the motor moves the mouse to the "A" pillar, circuit 1629 is the power to the motor and circuit 1637 is the ground. When the mouse moves to the "B" pillar, circuit 1637 is power and circuit 1629 is the ground.
