Code P092, Heated Windshield Request Problem: Notes
This test will detect a problem with heated windshield fast idle request circuit to PCM. When circuit is grounded by heated windshield module, PCM will increase idle speed to compensate for electrical load placed on alternator. Code P092 will set when signal is low for more than 10 minutes.

When to See a Mechanic
