1992 Saturn SC StandardSECTION Removal (Model 220)
- Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL PRESSURE RELIEF (TBI)Β . Remove throttle body cover, leaving cover gasket in place. Using screwdriver and fulcrum, carefully pry injector out. See Fig 1. Remove small "O" ring from nozzle end of injector.
- Carefully rotate injector fuel filter back and forth to remove fuel filter from base of injector. Remove and discard throttle body cover gasket. Remove large "O" ring and steel back-up washer from top counterbore of throttle body injector cavity.
