- Ignition ON, Radio ON, DVD playing, verify that the Rear Seat Entertainment System audio/video functions are working properly.
- If the Rear Seat Entertainment System is inoperative, refer to VIDEO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONΒ .
- Verify that all remote control functions are working properly.
- If one function on the remote control is inoperative, replace the remote control.
- If all functions are inoperative on the remote control, test or replace the batteries.
- Verify that all remote control functions are working properly pointing at the left and right DVD display while holding the remote control 8-10 inches from each display.
