Installation Procedure

If replacing the bulb, install the bulb to the socket.
In order to install the socket to the lens, index the socket retaining tabs to the lens and turn the lens clockwise until fully seated.

Position the lens to the ORVM assembly
Install the lens to the ORVM assembly.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the lens retaining screw (1) and tighten to 1 N.m (8 lb in).
Return the mirror assembly to the original position.
