Power Mirror Switch Component Test
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the X5 harness connector at the DDM.
- Test for infinite resistance between the ignition circuit terminal 15 and the listed signal circuit terminals with the switch in the open position.
- Right signal terminal 10
- Left signal terminal 11
- Down signal terminal 12
- Up signal terminal 13
- If not the specified value, replace the power mirror switch.
- Test for less than 2.0 ohms between the ignition circuit terminal 15 and the listed signal circuit terminals with the switch in the appropriate closed position.
- Right signal terminal 10
- Left signal terminal 11
- Down signal terminal 12
- Up signal terminal 13
- If greater than the specified range, replace the power mirror switch.
