Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement .
1 Windshield Washer Solvent Level Switch

Procedure

  1. Using a flat-bladed tool under the level switch tab, pry outward to disengage the level indicator switch from the washer container.
  2. Remove the level indicator switch.
2 Windshield Washer Solvent Level Indicator Switch Grommet

Procedure

  1. Install a new sealing grommet into the washer container.
  2. Lubricate the new grommet with straight windshield washer solvent.
  3. Install the new level indicator switch with the flat tab facing forward on the washer container.
