Installation Procedure
2009 Saab 9-7X 5.3iSECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
- Install the 4 nuts that secure the seat pan to the power seat adjuster frame and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the SIR harness (2) to the seat clips (1,4).
- Connect the gray lumbar electrical connector (5), if equipped.
- Connect the black electrical connector (3) to the seat belt buckle.
- Connect the black electrical connector (6) to the seat back harness.
- Install the seat belt buckle to the seat with the nut and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).
- Install the seat cushion trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
- Install the front bucket seat assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
- If the vehicle is equipped with memory seats, calibrate the seat. Refer to Memory Seat CalibrationΒ .
