Updating of navigation software in ICM3

Background
In order to be able to update ICM3 with the latest navigation software (OCP), ICM3 must first be updated with the latest application software (VIP).
If the incorrect version of the software is used or if the work is performed in the wrong order, then the updating of the navigation software in ICM3 is not possible and an error message is displayed in Tech2.
Procedure
1. Update ICM3 with new application software (VIP). The application software is available from and including "TIS2000 Edition 2003-4, Update 2".
2. Update the navigation software (OCP) in ICM3 using the CD "TIS2000-ICM3 Edition 2003-4".
