This code will be set if Central Electronics With Anti-Theft Alarm (TWICE) does not send appropriate code to ECM when key is inserted in ignition. See appropriate ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT for diagnostic procedures.
