Front wheel hub
To remove
1. Remove the MacPherson strut.





2. Place two pieces of flat or square bar under the MacPherson strut.
3. Press the front-wheel hub from the wheel bearing. Use the special tool Drift, front-wheel bearings 89.96.704.
4. Remove the circlips from the MacPherson strut.
5. Remove the wheel bearing from the steering swivel member. Use the special tool. Drift, front-wheel bearings 89.96.704.


To fit





1. Fit the outer circlip on the steering swivel member. The opening in the circlip should face downwards.
2. Press in the wheel bearing until it is abut the lock ring. Use the special tool Drift, front-wheel bearing 89.96.704. Lubricate the bearing seat and the outer diameter of the bearing with Molykote G Rapid Plus.
3. Fit the inner circlip on the steering swivel member. The opening in the circlip should face downwards.
4. Fit the hub on the wheel bearing. Use special tool. Drift, front-wheel bearing 89.96.704.
5. Fit the MacPherson strut.
