Turbo Bypass Control Valve

To remove
1. Unplug the two pin connector from the control valve.
2. Fold up the bonnet sealing strip by the control valve mounting plate.
3. Carefully pull out the mounting plate and unhook it from edge of the bulkhead. Lift up the unit.
4. Mark the vacuum hoses and detach them from the valve.
5. Drill out the pop rivets securing the control valve to the mounting plate.
To fit
1. Fit a new valve to the mounting plate with pop rivets.
2. Connect the vacuum hoses to the valve.
3. Fit the mounting plate.
4. Fit the bonnet sealing strip.
5. Spray the two pin connector with Kontakt 61 (part no. 30 04 520) and plug it into the control valve.
