Air-Mixing Damper Control Wire

- Ensure air-mixing control wire is properly secured to control panel (above control shaft). Remove both clips securing air-mixing damper control wire to climate control unit damper linkage. Turn temperature control knob to full cold position.
- Push air-mixing damper linkage as far forward as possible. Press both clips securing control wire sheath to climate control unit. Turn temperature control knob to full hot position and back to full cold position several times. Ensure air-mixing damper seals properly at each end position.
