- If vehicle will start with one key but not with another key, key needs to be reprogrammed. Key can only be programmed using Saab diagnostic scan tool. If vehicle will not start with any key, disconnect 4-pin connector at ignition switch antenna unit. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition on. Connect test light between antenna unit 4-pin connector terminal No. 1 (Green wire) and ground. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, repair open circuit in Green wire. Go to step Β 7 .
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect TWICE module connector. TWICE module is located under driver's seat. Measure continuity between antenna unit connector terminal No. 2 (Yellow/Brown wire) and TWICE module connector terminal No. 39 (Yellow/Brown wire). If continuity is present, go to next step. If continuity is not present, repair open circuit in Yellow/Brown wire. Go to step Β 7 .
- Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between antenna unit connector terminal No. 2 (Yellow/Brown wire) and TWICE module connector terminal No. 39 (Yellow/Brown wire). If voltage is one volt or less, go to next step. If voltage is greater than one volt, repair short circuit in Yellow/Brown wire. Go to step Β 7 .
