NOTE:
When a system function is activated with the ISAT, the MOTRONIC control module is made to do something that it would not otherwise do in the course of its normal operation. This may cause diagnostic trouble codes to be generated in other systems which are dependent on the MOTRONIC system.
Activation of a system function should only be done with the ignition switch in the Drive position and the gear selector lever in neutral. On activation with a gear selected, the ISAT display should show SHIFT TO NEUTRAL.
