Disabling System (2.5TL & 3.2TL)

1995 Saab 900 S, 2D Hatchback, AutomaticSECTION Disabling System (2.5TL & 3.2TL)
  1. Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Disconnect both battery cables. From bottom rear of steering wheel and below air bag assembly, remove access panel.
  2. Disconnect driver-side air bag connector from cable reel connector. Driver-side air bag is now disabled. Remove glove box. Remove Red short connector from holder. Disconnect passenger-side air bag connector from SRS main harness. Connect passenger-side air bag connector to Red short connector. See Fig 1. Passenger-side air bag is now disabled.
