ABS Warning Light Inoperative

- Disconnect ABS ECM connector. Turn ignition on. Connect jumper wire between ABS ECM connector terminals No. 19 and 21. See Figure . If ABS light does not come on, go to next step. If ABS light comes on, check ABS ECM connector terminals for dampness, corrosion, or looseness. Repair as necessary. If ABS light still does not operate, replace ABS ECM.
- Check for an open circuit in Gray/Green wire between ABS ECM terminal No. 21 and instrument cluster connector terminal No. 16. Repair as necessary. If circuit is okay, replace instrument cluster. If ABS light is still inoperative, replace ABS ECM.
