To isolate simple problems, visually inspect system components. Ensure brake fluid reservoir is full when accumulator is fully charged. Ensure fuses are okay.

NOTE: Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be obtained using Saab Intelligent Tester (ISAT 86 10 651) or by counting flashes of ANTI LOCK light on instrument cluster. If using Saab intelligent tester, follow manufacturer's instructions for set up and code retrieval.
