Power Steering Pump: Disassembly

- Remove pulley using Puller (89 96 423 ). Using a press, press end cover inward. Insert screwdriver into hole in housing to start retaining ring from groove. Remove retaining ring. Carefully tap pump against bench to remove end cover.
- Remove rotor and vanes as an assembly. Remove pump ring and dowel pins. Remove end plate and end plate "O" ring. Remove spring and pin. Remove remaining "O" ring.
