Clutch Release Cylinder: Disassembly

1994 Saab 9000 Aero, StandardSECTION Disassembly

Press guide sleeve with piston out of cylinder housing. Push piston out of bore and carefully remove 2 seals. Using a puller, pull out sealing ring. Replace release cylinder assembly if cylinder bore, guide sleeve or piston assembly is excessively worn or damaged. See Fig 1 .
