Governor Reassembly

- Install new oil seals in governor support. Seal position is important. Install small diameter seal with seal lip toward the rear of governor support.
- Install large diameter seal with seal lip facing out. Install new "O" rings on governor support. Lubricate with petroleum jelly. Install governor valves on governor body and tighten bolts to 89 INCH lbs. (10 N.m).
