Vehicles may be equipped with either conventional power seats or memory power seats. Both conventional and memory power seats are adjusted by means of a switch on outside of seat. Four electric motors are used to move seat forward or backward, to change height of seat cushion at front or rear, and to change back rest angle. Memory seats also include a switch for storing settings in memory, in addition to an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) located under each front memory seat. See Figure or Figure .
