  1. Check for battery voltage at terminals No. 1 (Red wire) and 48 (Red wire). If battery voltage does not exist, repair Red wires between ECM and fuse panel.
  2. Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ECM terminal No. 60 (Green/White wire) and ground. If battery voltage does not exist, repair open in Green/White wire.
