- Remove roll pins securing selector lever to shaft. Slide out selector lever shaft. Remove bushings, spring, selector lever and bellows. Remove cover seal.
- Remove snap ring and plastic bushing from holding shaft. Press holding shaft out of rear cover. Pry open catches holding speedometer drive gear onto shaft. Remove shaft. Remove and discard speedometer gear. Remove seals from housing.
