Cold Start Injector

- Disconnect electrical connector from cold start valve. Connect voltmeter leads between harness terminals and crank engine. Voltage readings should be battery voltage when engine is cold and zero volts when engine is warm. If not, check thermo time switch and electrical circuit.
- Turn engine off and remove voltmeter. Measure resistance of cold start injector. Resistance should be about 4-5 ohms. If not, replace cold start injector.
