Installation Procedure
2009 Pontiac G8 BaseSECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the front exhaust foil heat shield (1).
- Install the front exhaust foil heat shield to body retaining bolts (2) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Install the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (V8) or Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (V6) and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (V8) or Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (V6) .
- Lower the vehicle to the ground.
