DT 46494Β (DW09921-57810) Gear, Bearing Remover. See Special ToolsΒ
- Remove the gear unit.
- Position the bearing to the DT 46494Β (2). See Special ToolsΒ .
- Remove the input shaft right side bearing (1) with press.
- Remove the input shaft fifth gear spacer, the left side bearing and the 4th gear.
- Position the 4th gear to the DT 46494Β (4). See Special ToolsΒ .
- Remove the 5th gear spacer (1).
- Remove the left side bearing (2).
- Remove the 4th gear (3).
- Remove the 4th gear bearing.
- Remove the 4th gear synchronizer ring and wave spring.
- Remove the 3rd-4th synchronizer circlip.
- Position the 3rd gear to the DT 46494Β (3). See Special ToolsΒ .
- Remove the 3rd-4th synchronizer hub assembly (1).
- Remove the 3rd gear and synchronizer ring (2).
- Remove the 3rd-4th synchronizer hub assembly (1).
- Remove the synchronizer sleeve and the key (3).
- Remove the synchronizer springs (2).
- Remove the input shaft 3rd gear bearing (1).
