2007 Pontiac Wave LT, 4D Hatchback, Standard, Y4M/MLMSECTION Assembly Procedure

  1. Connect the ball joint to the control arm with the mounting bolts.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the nuts to secure the bolts from below the control arm.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the ball joint-to-control arm nuts to 150 N.m (111 lb ft).

  4. Install the control arm. Refer to Control Arm ReplacementΒ .
  5. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Remove the jackstands.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
