  2. Turn the AM or FM radio on.
  3. Check the voltage at the glass antenna module connector terminal 2.
Does the voltage equal the value specified?

6 Inspect the antenna cable connectors at the audio and the glass antenna module side.
Is the problem found?

7 Repair the open power supply circuit for the glass antenna module.
