2007 Pontiac Wave LT, 4D Hatchback, Standard, Y4M/MLMSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the glass in the door.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the guide rail and the bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the guide rail bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

  5. Position the glass within the window regulator.
  6. Install the glass screws.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the door glass screws to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

  8. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  9. Install the exterior rear door garnish molding with the screws.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the exterior rear door garnish molding screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  10. Install the interior rear door garnish molding.
  11. Install the outside channel molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel ReplacementΒ .
  12. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement .
