Removal Procedure
2007 Pontiac Torrent AWDSECTION Removal Procedure
- Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Disconnect the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the CKP sensor nut (2).
- Remove the CKP sensor (1) from the engine.
- Inspect for wear, cracks or leakage if the CKP sensor is being reused.
