The replacement of some components will require a setup procedure for complete repair.

  • If any of the following components are replaced, an Idle Learn Procedure must be performed. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
  • If any of the following components are replaced, a CKP Variation Learn Procedure must be performed. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
    • CKP System Variation Learn Procedure for the 1.6L (L91) engine
      • CKP sensor
      • Engine replacement
      • Any engine repair that disturbs the relationship between CKP sensor and the crankshaft reluctor wheel.
