  1. Install the recirculation actuator levers (3, 6), if necessary.
  2. Install the recirculation actuator (7).
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the recirculation actuator bolts/screws (1).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the screws to 1.2 N.m (11 lb in).

  6. Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connector (1).
  7. Install the upper I/P trim pad. Refer to Upper Trim Pad, Outer Trim Cover, Fuse Block Access Cover Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  8. Re-calibrate the actuators. Refer to Re-Calibrating ActuatorsΒ .
