2006 Pontiac G6 GTP, 2D Coupe, StandardSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the courtesy lamp lens.
  2. Remove the screw near the courtesy lamp.
  3. Grasp the overhead console and pull downward in order to disengage the fasteners.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the overhead console.

  6. Remove the screws securing the OnStar® button assembly (4) to the overhead console.
  7. Remove the OnStar® Microphone from the OnStar® button assembly. Refer to OnStar Microphone Replacement .
