Adjustment Procedure

2006 Pontiac G6 GTP, 2D Coupe, StandardSECTION Adjustment Procedure

  1. Remove the rear axle control arm bolts and cage nuts. Discard the bolts and nuts.
  2. IMPORTANT: Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
  3. Install new bolts leaving the inside forward bolt out.

  5. Install the KM-900Β  into the open bolt hole. See Special ToolsΒ .

  7. Using the KM-900Β  , move the rear axle control arm in the direction of necessary toe correction.
  8. Snug the rear axle control arm bolts.
  9. Check the toe and adjust if necessary.
