- Touch-up the paint, if required, at the cut line. Refer to Basecoat/Clearcoat Paint Systems in Paint/Coating.
- Cut the front of dash insulator at the brake booster, if required.
- Position the insulator to the dash.
- Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
- Install the insulator by pulling down from the underside of the vehicle.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the retainers to the front of dash insulator.
