Installation Procedure

2006 Pontiac G6 GTP, 2D Coupe, StandardSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the motor. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement (C3Y)Β  or Sunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement (CF5)Β .
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the motor/actuator.
  3. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Perform the Initialization/Teach Procedure. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Initilization/Teach Process (Panoramic)Β  or Sunroof Motor/Actuator Initilization/Teach Process (New Motor)Β  or Sunroof Motor/Actuator Initilization/Teach Process (Existing Motor)Β .
  5. Verify the operation of the sunroof.
