2006 Pontiac G6 GTP, 2D Coupe, StandardSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the inner front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front DoorΒ .
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front DoorΒ .
  3. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door WindowΒ .
  4. Remove the lower window run channel. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement - Front DoorΒ .
  5. Run the window up to half way.
  6. Remove the rear most regulator attachment bolt.
  7. Pull the rear most regulator arm up and above the door structure into the door opening.

  9. Remove the window by tilting the rear of the window upward and sliding up and out.
