Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the rear window shelf trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Disengage the rear window shelf insulator from the rear shelf trim panel in order to access the high mount stop lamp screws.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector at the high mount stop lamp.

Tip:Β  Hand tighten only, no torque required.
