HVAC CONTROL LAMP BULB REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the radio.
2. Remove the center knob from the HVAC control unit
3. Remove the screw from the control unit.
4. Remove the center console and heater control trim panel (1).
5. Remove the electrical connector from the HVAC control unit.

6. Remove the mode control cable from the HVAC control unit.

7. Remove the temperature control cable from the HVAC control unit.
8. Remove the HVAC control unit.
9. Remove the lamp bulbs from the HVAC control unit.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the following to the HVAC control unit:
- The lamp bulbs.
- The electrical connector
- The temperature control cable
- The mode control cable
2. Install the HVAC control unit to the instrument panel.

3. Install the center console and heater control trim panel (1). Secure the panel with the screw.
4. Install the center knob to the HVAC control unit.
5. Adjust the cables as necessary, refer to the following:
- Temperature Control Cable Adjustment
- Mode Linkage Adjustment in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
6. Install the radio.
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the radio.
2. Remove the center knob from the HVAC control unit
3. Remove the screw from the control unit.
4. Remove the center console and heater control trim panel (1).

6. Remove the mode control cable from the HVAC control unit.
7. Remove the temperature control cable from the HVAC control unit.
8. Remove the HVAC control unit.
9. Remove the lamp bulbs from the HVAC control unit.

1. Install the following to the HVAC control unit:
- The lamp bulbs.
- The electrical connector
- The temperature control cable
- The mode control cable
2. Install the HVAC control unit to the instrument panel.
3. Install the center console and heater control trim panel (1). Secure the panel with the screw.
4. Install the center knob to the HVAC control unit.
5. Adjust the cables as necessary, refer to the following:
- Temperature Control Cable Adjustment
- Mode Linkage Adjustment in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
6. Install the radio.
