2004 Pontiac GTO StandardSECTION Removal Procedure
    IMPORTANT: When removing a power mirror switch, the ignition switch must be in the OFF position. This will eliminate the possibility of shorting out the power mirror switch when using a metal tool to remove the power mirror switch from the wiring harness.
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - DoorΒ .

  3. Disengage the electrical connectors from the power mirror switch (1).
  4. From behind the door trim panel, push the power mirror switch (1) free by depressing the tabs.
