2004 Pontiac GTO StandardSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door energy absorber pad. Refer to Energy Absorber Pad ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the 5 clips (3), by sliding them away from the trim panel (1).

  3. Remove the 7 nuts (2), attaching the armrest (4) to the trim panel (2).
  4. Slide the armrest (4) to the rear of the trim panel (1) and remove.
