Removal Procedure
2004 Pontiac GTO StandardSECTION Removal Procedure
- Ensure that the radio is turned OFF.
- Remove the rear quarter upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper in Interior Trim.
- Disconnect the FM antenna/demister connector (1), and the AM antenna connector (2), from the rear window connectors.
- Disconnect three connectors (3, 4, 5), from the antenna amplifier module (6).
- Remove two screws (7), securing the antenna amplifier to the vehicle.
- Remove the amplifier retaining screws, then remove the amplifier from the vehicle.
