- Perform ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC (OBD) SYSTEM CHECK. See the BASIC TESTING - 3.1L article. After performing OBD system check, go to next step.
- Using scan tool, select DTC INFO and note if this DTC has failed this ignition cycle. If DTC failed, diagnose EBTCM system using the BRAKES SYSTEM - ANTI-LOCK article. If DTC did fail this ignition, go to next step.
