4-151/2.5L Engines

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove DIS module assembly as previously described.
3. Remove two crankshaft sensor attaching screws, then separate crankshaft sensor from DIS assembly.
4. Inspect crankshaft sensor O-ring for wear, cracks, or leakage and replace as necessary. Apply engine oil to new O-ring prior to installation.
5. Assemble sensor to DIS module assembly.
6. Insert sensor attaching screws, then torque to 20 lb in
7. Install DIS module assembly as previously described.
8. Connect battery ground cable.
