Only One Switch Operates Locks
Check for loose wiring connections. Test Orange wire for power at switch. If there is no power, check for open in Orange wire. Test Blue wire at switch with switch in "LOCK" position. If there is no power, replace switch. If there is power, check for open circuit in Blue or Black wires.
