1994 Plymouth Voyager LE, 3.3 RSECTION Test TC-16B - Idle Air Control Motor Circuits
NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATIONΒ  . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ  at end of article.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connector. Inspect connector for damaged pushed-out or miswired terminals. Repair as necessary. Perform TEST VER-2Β  .
  2. If connector is okay, using an external ohmmeter, check resistance of Brown/White wire between IAC motor connector and PCM connector terminal No. 40. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace PCM. Perform TEST VER-2. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Brown/White wire. Perform TEST VER-2.
